A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins. Remaining balances must be paid as per agreed milestones. Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Clients must provide accurate information, respond promptly, and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines.
Revisions are provided based on the selected package. Once approved, further changes may require additional charges.
Timelines depend on project complexity, client feedback, and payment completion. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Upon full payment, clients own the final approved deliverables. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio. Unused concepts remain our property.
Both parties agree to keep any confidential or proprietary information secure and not disclose it without permission.
We may use or recommend third-party services. We are not responsible for their performance or policies.
We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or data loss. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Work completed will be billed, and no refunds will be issued for completed work.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt its functionality.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of changes.
